Born 1957, Lives in Northampton, MA, Works in New York and Western, MA Mary Averill is a visual artist working in performance, video, film and digital media. Mary collaborates with the experimental LAB group in which Pick Up Sticks evolved. She has been performed intermedia art solo and with a group both at 537 Broadway in NYC and in experimental LAB in Easthampton, MA. Mary has also shown her digital and film media in one person and group exhibitions nationally. Her work reflects observations from every day life experiences and their connection to our unconscious, individually and collectively. |
